We accept orders online and by telephone. To place your order by telephone,
call us at 315-298-5442.
Payment Methods
We accept payment online by MasterCard and Visa.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. We also accept payment by PayPal, money orders and personal checks.
Please make checks or money orders payable to Salmon River Outfitters. Personal checks must clear our bank before we ship
your order. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions above on how to pay using one
of these methods.
Sales Tax
Because our business is located in Oswego county New York, we
are required to charge state sales tax of 8% to shipments within New York.
Gift Certificates
SRO gift certificates are available in any denominations. Please email us or call us at: 315-298-5442 or 315-298-5695 to
purchase gift certificates.
Shipping Charges
Except as explained below, SRO Priority shipping
on all orders shipped within the continental United States. Currently the flat-rate standard shipping charge on domestic orders
is $5.95. Heavier items may have to be shipped by UPS Ground. Typically, items shipped Priority mail by Postal Service will
arrive in about three days (exclusive of Sundays and Holidays).
Salmon River Outfitters can guarantee delivery
if you want:
For three-day delivery, add $10.00 to our standard shipping charge.
For second day delivery,
add $15.00 to our standard shipping charge.
For next day delivery, add $30.00 to our standard shipping charge.
The following additional terms and conditions apply to expedited domestic shipping:
1. Delivery
dates do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. For example, if you order on Monday morning with two-day delivery, your
order will arrive on Wednesday. If you order on Thursday morning with two-day delivery, your order will arrive on Monday,
which is two working days after the order date.
2. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time may
ship the next business day.
3. Guaranteed shipping dates are valid for in-stock items only. If the
item is not in stock, we will contact you promptly.
4. A street address is required for expedited shipping.
We cannot deliver expedited to a post office box.
Delivery Times and Back-Ordered Items
We
attempt to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours (excluding days when our shippers will not accept shipments). Generally
we ship by U.S. Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation). Most Priority Mail deliveries arrive within two to three business
days. If we are able to partial ship an incomplete order, we may ship the items separately at no additional cost to you.
Due to the wide selection of products we carry, items will sometimes become temporarily unavailable. We make every
effort to get out of stock products back into inventory as quickly as possible. However, the manufacturer of an item may also
be out of stock, which could cause a much longer delay. We do everything we can to fill backorders as quickly as possible
and your credit card is never charged until we ship your order.
Damaged or Lost Items
If
you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure
to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original package, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact us at:
315-298-5695 within ten calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.
Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your order,
simply return it to us within 30 days of its shipment date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less
the shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 30 days of the shipment date. The following exceptions to this policy
apply: (a) Items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged; (b) laundered (washed) garments and cannot be returned
or exchanged; (c) CDs, DVDs and VCR movies can be returned only if they are unopened and unused and the factory-seal and shrink-wrap
is unbroken (unless the item is defective or damaged).

For your protection, please insure the package
for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent
to us for return or exchange.
Manufacturers' Warranties
Some products offered on our
site are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us by phone a we will be happy to provide more information.
Additional Terms
Although we strive to be as accurate as possible, Salmon River Outfitters cannot
be liable for pictorial or typographical inaccuracies on our site. If we send you a replacement item and you do not
return the original item to us, you agree that we may charge your credit card for all items shipped to you, plus an additional
shipping charge for shipping the replacement item(s) to you. All prices shown on our site are cash prices in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse service to any person. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
on our site, and to refuse to ship products, which were erroneously priced on our site. All these terms and conditions, and
all product specifications and prices, are subject to change. Any change will be posted on the site and will be effective
when posted.
